No gym or equipment workouts you can try at home

In this video, I show you some amazing no equipment workouts you can try from the comforts of your own home. This way, you can still stay in shape.
You can try some weightlifting using your own furniture. For example, you pick up one side of your couch and then lift it up. You do 3 sets with 15 repetitions each. You can try different positions to exercise your back, legs, and arms.
I show you how to tone your glutes through a series of simple exercises. You can start off with a few lunges. Then you can do some bridges to elevate your glutes and make them stronger.
You can also try some cardio to keep your body active. For example, you can job in one place for 30 seconds, then you can march for another 20 seconds.
To improve your posture and tone your leg muscles try to lateral crab walk. – Do it for 30 seconds
I also show you some simple exercises you can do with your partner to motivate each other.
